"The battery has been good..."
The battery has been good for me overall. It lasts a long time, or at least longer than I expected, and it charges up fast too, which is nice when I forget to plug it in earlier.
"Solid bike, especially the frame"
I’ve been happy with this bike so far. The frame feels sturdy and well put together, which is the first thing I noticed. I tend to pay attention to little stuff like whether anything rattles, if the joints look clean, or if the bike feels flexy when I get on it, and this one has been holding up well. Nothing feels loose or cheap, so overall I’d say it’s a good bike

"Pretty easy, but I felt a bit rushed"
I found my bike size quickly, which was nice, but the filter reset on me once and that was annoying. Checkout was okay overall, though I did feel a little pressured to hurry through it.

"Felt let down for the price"
I was a bit frustrated with this. For what it costs, I expected the parts to hold up better, but they started wearing out way too quickly. It just left me feeling like the quality wasn’t really there

"Setup was a pain"
The bike showed up and the instructions were a mess. Parts didn’t line up right either. I spent hours trying to get it rideable. Still ended up taking it to a shop and paying extra. Not fun

"Return was smooth"
Not gonna lie, I was expecting the exchange to be a hassle, but it actually went smoothly. I had to swap out a jersey and it took a few days, but support got it sorted without any issues.

"Bike just doesn’t feel right"
I bought a Liv bike from liv-cycling.com and I’ve been disappointed. It just feels sluggish, even on flat roads, and I’m putting in way more effort than I expected. The gears don’t shift smoothly either, like something is constantly dragging or holding it back.
The handling has been the biggest issue for me. It feels twitchy in corners and not very steady once I pick up a little speed, which doesn’t make me feel confident riding it. I tried reaching out to support, but the replies felt like copy-pasted troubleshooting steps instead of someone actually listening to what I was describing. For the price, I really expected a much better experience, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Thought it’d be fine… nope"
At first I figured the seat was just something I’d get used to, and the bike seemed okay. But after even a short ride, my butt was hurting and my mood changed real quick. Not comfortable at all.

"Sizing just felt Off for me"
I really wanted to like the women’s fit, but the sizing just didn’t work out for me. I even checked the size chart first, and the bike still felt too stretched out and kind of awkward to ride. Ended up returning it. maybe it’s great for other people, but for me it was frustrating.
"Frustrating repair and not much help"
I took my Liv bike in for what I thought would be a quick, simple repair, but it ended up being such a headache. I really didn’t expect it to turn into this whole back-and-forth thing, but it did, it did.
They kept telling me it would be ready soon, so I waited, then waited some more, and I still had to keep calling for updates. When I finally got the bike back, the original problem was still there, and on top of that something else just felt off when I rode it.
The customer service side wasn’t much better. I got passed from one person to another, and nobody seemed to really take responsibility for fixing it. After paying for maintenance, I expected better, better than that for sure. I wouldn’t go back.

"Local dealer support was kind of a mess"
I bought my bike through liv-cycling.com and got directed to a local dealer for support, but the whole thing was frustrating. They barely got back to me, and when they did, they kept telling me to handle it online instead. It felt like no one really wanted to take responsibility or help me out.

I reached out and still haven’t heard back from anyone. I was really expecting clearer instructions or at least some kind of update on what to do next, but so far there’s been no reply

"Pretty reliable e-bike so far"
I’ve been using this e-bike daily and it’s been running really well so far. Starts up without any fuss, rides smoothly, and even the little things like the brakes and display have been easy to get used to. No complaints at this point...

"Pretty good bike for the price"
I got my Liv bike about a month ago and so far I’m happy with it. It wasn’t the cheapest option out there, but it feels like it was worth the money. Delivery went fine, no real issues, and setting it up took a little longer than I expected but wasnt too bad.

"I’ve been trying to sort out..."
I’ve been trying to sort out a warranty claim and it’s been a mess. It’s taking ages, the replies I’ve gotten have been vague, and I still don’t really have a clear answer. Dealing with support has been super frustrating. Has anyone else had the same issue with them?

"Everything I Wanted Was Out of Stock..."
It was frustrating. I found a bike I really liked on Liv Cycling, but every size or color I clicked on was either out of stock or not available anywhere near me... and then the same thing happened with a few accessories I tried to check. It just felt like a waste of time scrolling through products I couldn’t actually buy. Not sure why they show so much stuff if it’s basically unavailable.

"Quick delivery, box was a little beat up"
Ordered a jersey and gloves and they showed up sooner than expected. Tracking was fine. Box was a bit squashed, but the stuff inside was okay. I’d order again...
